Darjeeling

Darjeeling teas come from the mountainous Darjeeling district of India, in the foothills of the Himalayas. This is a broken leaf darjeeling, known as Mirik TGBOP, good for use in tea bags. Its flavor is sharp with a berry-like character. Darjeelings are often described as having a "crisp astringency" to their cup.

Earl Grey

Earl grey is a blend of Chinese black tea and Italian bergamot oil. Known as the Copenhagen Blend as it was traditionally sourced from Denmark through the 1960's. It brews a medium bodied cup with fruity dry citrus aromatics.

Roobios Red

Commonly called red tea or bush tea, Roobios is naturally caffine free. Brews similar to black tea (with a similar color), but with a more mellow cup. Reputedly contains various antioxidants, vitamens and minerals. Pairs well with milk and sugar.

Honey Bush Red

Honeybush is also known as berg tea or mountain tea. It is so named because the flowers smell of honey. The taste of honeybush tea is similar to that of rooibos but a little sweeter.

Young Hyson Green

A classic green tea from Potuo Island, China. This curly, pan-fired leaf brews a pungent golden cup with great strength and body for a green tea. Its cup has a hint of sweetness within its vegetal and nutty character.

Panfried Green

A mix of long, stemmy, flat, and rolled leaves.  Panfired green tea is a good basic green tea with a classic green tea taste.

Mint Madness

Peppermint and spearmint house blend. Caffeine free.

Fruit Blend Herbal

Produces a strong, tart, red infusion with mint and citrus herbal flavors. Rich in Vitamin C. Recommended sweetened with honey both hot and iced.
